Which items can be returned?
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used and/or washed. Personalized products cannot be replaced and refunds cannot be made. Of course, in the event that an item arrives damaged you must let us know immediately and we will replace it and or refund the full cost of the item.
Can I request a refund for a return?
When you return an online purchase, if requested, you will receive a refund of the order through the same payment method you used for the purchase.
What is the return fee?
Returns are free. You don't have to pay anything to return your gowns. (Remember that the first single return is free, for subsequent returns C&C may charge the amount of €15 VAT), you have 30 days from the moment you receive the order to return an item to us if you don't like it, it's defective, or it simply doesn't conform to what you ordered, don't hesitate to contact us on Mobile 39 393 458 47 62, or download the return form. Remember the products you want to return must be in the same condition in which you received them and returns are not made for embroidered items
